I’m Sheila D. Jones, RN — The Kingdom Care Coach™ and Visionary Pioneer of the Church-Based Home Care Movement dedicated to helping churches and faith-based organizations transform their ministry vision into a thriving, revenue-generating home care business that blesses the community and advances the Kingdom.

With over 30 years of healthcare experience — including Acute Care, Hospital Education, Home Care, and Home Health Care management — I’ve seen the powerful difference quality care makes in people’s lives. As a former owner of a successful Non-Medical Home Care business, I know what it takes to start, grow, and sustain a thriving agency.
​Now, I’m on a mission to help churches across the nation expand their ministry beyond the walls of the sanctuary by launching their own home care agencies.
